I made a mistake and ended up ordering two of the same thing, but the customer service team were brilliant and got in touch with me before sending anything to check if it was a mix-up. They cancelled the duplicate order for me without any trouble. The picture arrived swiftly and was wrapped up really well to keep it protected. The print and frame were of fantastic quality, and the price was very fair.
