Ruffwear Dog Harness
I ordered a harness for a disabled dog to help her walk and unfortunately she deteriorated and had to be pts on 5th July. That day I informed the company and asked to cancel the order which has not as yet been shipped from europe.
The item was delivered next day. I returned it, part of the journey is via Royal Mail and this was completed quickly, the second part of the journey is via DHL. This is all done by using the company's label.
Checking my account, the return says that the DHL european part of the journey may take 3-4 weeks, but they managed to SEND it to me in under a week so how come it takes so long to get back to them? Answer - they hold onto your money till then.
I have complained to paypal about them and would never order from them again and would recommend that you avoid them as the hassle involved isn't worth it.
You never get an answer from customer service, they just send automated messages which don't answer your questions.
