Online lens order experience
I recently bought some lenses online and it was a bit of a rollercoaster, to be honest. At first, I wasn't sure about it because of some reviews I read, but I decided to go for it anyway. Then, when I ordered the lenses, they told me they were out of stock, which worried me. Thankfully, after some discussion, they were able to make them for me and send them out in a reasonable time. However, I wasn't happy about not knowing which company they were affiliated with and having to use a UK website without direct contact details.
