1000W Convector Heater
I bought this convector heater for my elderly grand parents but they did not understand the operating functions and asked if they could return it. I bought from Klarstein knowing they have a 60 day right to cancel period, trouble is i filled in the on line return form 7 days after purchasing it and have still not had a reply back from them 41 days later, thats 48 days from receipt....HELP !!! ..anyone wanna buy a heater ??
