Refurbished iMac
I would rate tech trade highly for a lot. Prompt delivery, care of products, clear and pristine refurbishment etc.
I've got to be picky with one thing though- when I contacted their refund email to refund an item I was completely ignored. Luckily this wasn't a massive inconvenience, but if I was short of money or had received a product in not as good a condition, this would've been abysmal behaviour.
