I have never been a avid online clothing shopper, I usually like to see things before I buy them and always found it a hassle to return things. Then I went on shein which their affordable prices. Ok I am not saying they are perfect and I have had a few duds along the way but a few things I do to minimise them are: 1. Filter the material - cotton is best! 2. Check your measurements and read the reviews - its the key way to know about sizing. 3. Know your body shape and check them with other review photos. I filter the size I am and then check to see how it looks on other people. 4. Know what suits you! I don't look good in oversized jackets, believe me I have ordered a few but now I know what works for me and I know what suits me.
I have never returned anything so I am not sure about the returns process, if something doesn't fit, I just give it to my sister as she is a size smaller. If its too big, to my mum...either way returns wasn't worth the hassle for me.
