Flooring purchase
I recently ordered some flooring from this company and I've gotta say, the service was absolutely top-notch. The delivery driver, Wills, was amazing. He was so patient and didn't mind waiting for me to double-check a few things. He really seemed willing to help with anything, nothing was too much trouble for him. Honestly, he went the extra mile in terms of customer service. I was really impressed by his professionalism and how dedicated he was to making sure I was happy with everything. Just wanted to give credit where credit is due!

Jeans with holes
So, I bought these jeans with holes from this store and I was really excited when they arrived quickly. However, when I opened the package, the jeans were not what I had hoped for. Adding to that, there were some scary warnings about them being harmful. I attempted to return them, but it took a long time to get a return label. And now, I've been waiting for a long time for my refund, and still nothing! So yeah, it was not a good experience at all.
