I recently bought some pet supplies from this shop and on the whole, I was quite pleased with what I got. The stuff arrived in good condition, which was definitely a good thing. However, it was a bit of a letdown that the order came in two separate deliveries on two different days, and I wasn't told about this in advance. It would have been helpful to have better communication about when the deliveries were expected. That would really improve the whole customer experience.
