I recently bought some pet food online from this store. It's the third time I've ordered from them, and sadly, I've had late deliveries each time. The last order was meant to arrive on a Wednesday, but I got a message saying it would only come on Saturday. This delay has been really annoying and inconvenient for me. As a customer, getting things on time is really important, so it's disappointing that this store hasn't been able to get it right.

I bought some pet food from the store not long ago, but when it arrived, the bag was all ripped and some of the food had spilled out. I got in touch with customer service straight away and sent them some pictures of the damaged packaging. It did take a bit longer than I anticipated for them to sort it out, but in the end, they did send me a new bag of food.

Training treats
I've been a loyal customer of pet products and recently purchased some training treats from Pet Supermarket. The quality of the products is great, but I was really disappointed with the level of customer service I received. In the past, I had cancelled a repeat order and got a confirmation email, but two weeks later they took my money and sent out the dog food anyway. When I told them about the mistake, they didn't seem to care at all. They insisted that I had to take the unwanted dog food to a specific centre for return and wouldn't refund my money until they had it back. It was really frustrating and disappointing that they weren't more understanding or flexible about the situation.
