Negative - I highly recommend you do NOT sign up with this company. Notice how their reviews are turned off? They have taken money from my account without any contact after 6 months claiming that my account was not cancelled in time - £100 just vanished from my account. However the reason the cancellation was late was because their system makes it incredibly difficult, nigh on impossible to cancel. My student ID would not access the cancellation area. Having tried for days last august I finally sent a message to customer services, explained the problem and they assured me - and I have the email as proof - that it was cancelled and no further monies were owed. Fast forward to Feb 2021 - mid pandemic - and the aforementioned £100 is taken. Then I am receiving calls from call centre operatives all over the world who don't care and who's job is to placate me. What a shame as the learning content was actually quite good. And if you already signed up - I recommend phoning your bank for a new card because that is how they get you - through a world pay type set up.
