    Belt purchase delayed

    I ordered a belt on the 1st of December, well in advance of Christmas, but it hasn't turned up yet. Even though I ordered it early to make sure it would arrive in time for Christmas, I haven't got any tracking or dispatch details. I emailed Customer Service twice to check on the status, but I haven't heard back from them.
