Three puzzles - 1 for myself, 2 as gifts
I recently bought three puzzles from this company, one for me and two as presents. Unfortunately, the puzzle I got for myself was missing a piece, and one of the pieces in another gift puzzle was broken. I contacted their customer support, as told, and was told I'd get a reply within 24 hours. Despite sending three more emails, I never got a response. Feeling frustrated with the lack of communication, I had to get my bank involved to stop payment for the puzzles. It's really disappointing when a company doesn't meet simple customer service standards and doesn't bother to deal with problems promptly.
