    For a number of reasons, CBD products were important in my life due to what I was going through. I needed quality CBD products from well known source with track records. Buying CBD product is never an issue but quality one, as some products were fake, scam and not worth trying at all. I had used a number of them but I wasn't really satisfied with their performances. As such, it was important to change supplier which now led me to Synerva. At Synerva is where I have experienced true effect of CBD oil, capsules and other forms. The result makes me to be eager to review the products in positive light. Very effective products.

    I lived in my house for many years without tiling. May be I wasn't fascinated about tiles at all or perhaps, I didn't realise how good it is. What changed the perception was when I came across Bedrosians Tile & Stone. I think I instantly loved everything about them. I guess due to their designs, styles, offers and other services. That made me to enquire about them and the moment that was concluded, I engaged for my house tiling. From design, packaging, shipping/delivery and installation, Bedrosians Tile & Stone handled everything and left no traces of imperfection in the whole job. I don't know for others but as for me, Bedrosians Tile and Stone deserves applause and recommendations. They are good!

    'Floral Ratatouille'

    "Delivering Happiness" - but not necessarily on the right day. I chose Serenata (first) time as they had a 'local' supplier/partner in the delivery area for my mum's birthday, and also they were offering a 'next day' delivery.

    Got my order confirmation - date (and '8am - 8pm window') but they were not "dispatched" until the morning AFTER the booked date, and did not arrive until midday on. Raised a complaint with them for refund/compensation, but besides offering me their "heartfelt apologies", they offered nothing more than an excuse for why they miss the odd ("3%" apparently) delivery commitment.

    So, even though they offer a next day/specifc date delivery, buried in their T&Cs it says 'you should allow 24 hours after the intended delivery for the flowers to be delivered'. So that's good then.

    Not sure what the 'new normal' looks like, but personally I'm looking forward to companies no longer using 'the Covid excuse' for poor service.
