i so these boots online and liked the look of them i did not want to buy online as i was not sure whether i would need a size 3 or 4 so i phone my local store the moor sheffield a very polite young lady answered she said she would save me a size 4 i went to the store the same afternoon and the same young lady was there to serve me she was very polite and helpful her name was natasha i will visit the store again thank you
