Switched from one broadband provider to another
I decided to switch to a different broadband provider and honestly, it was a big mistake. They keep sending me these irritating messages, asking me to log in with a special password to confirm my account. But every time I try, it tells me that my account hasn't even been set up yet! I tried reaching out to customer service for some help, but it felt like they were more focused on trying to sell me additional services rather than solving my problem. Now I'm seriously reconsidering my choice to switch providers.
