OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY!
If customer service had a course, Julia could teach it at the highest levels. Through my process of purchasing my bridesmaid dresses, she went above and beyond my expectation and helped me with a hiccup of my own doing. I felt cared for and important to her and her company. I don't think I've ever received care of this caliber. Not to mention my dresses look amazing, the quality and craftsmanship was everything I wanted and more.
