Awaiting delivery from Evri
On August 16, 2025, I was scheduled to receive this parcel. Your online portal indicated the delivery window was between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, and the status was "out for delivery." I made sure to be at home during this time, canceling personal plans to ensure I would be available to accept the package.
However, at approximately 12:31 PM, I received a notification stating, "We're sorry, we were unable to deliver your parcel today. We'll try again on the next working day." This was incredibly frustrating, as no attempt was made to deliver the parcel to my address, and I was present and waiting. The message provided no reason for the failed delivery, and the lack of a delivery attempt is unacceptable.
This experience has caused significant inconvenience. I relied on the delivery information you provided and wasted a considerable amount of my day waiting for a parcel that was never delivered.
I would like an explanation for why my parcel was not delivered as scheduled and a guarantee that the next delivery attempt will be successful. Please let me know what steps you will take to resolve this issue.
There is a message left as below when I revisited tracking today (18/08/2025) > "13:02 - Sat Aug 16
We're sorry, we were unable to deliver your parcel today. We'll try again on the next working day". Also they have a left a photo which is not relevant to the Private Road I am living. They have a added a random street photo and there is no clear message about why the parcel could not be delivered.
Actually this is not the first time I experience. Evri always deliver my parcels two days after their online portal update as "Out for delivery". My house is on the main road and very easy to find with the post code.
Sadly, there is no customer service email or phone number or chat services to speak to a Live agent.
