Stupidly I place too orders for the item. For first item recived email saying when left n when will be delivered . Second same item. Well I’ve still not recived item saying it’s left warehouse. And when I’ve email create n craft for refund they saying can’t as this item has now left wharehouse. Ok where my email saying thsi. When I also sent another email asking where second item is am getting no answers at all. Had called from create n craft thought great it’s about my issues nope. Wanted give me card deal grrrrr not happy
