4 orders in August, 3 were delayed, of those 3, 2 were not what I ordered, after sending back the first pair of Sketchers, they assured me the replacement would be the right ones. Well guess what, they were wrong again. then I took a week to get them sent back, why do you ask it took a week? because hermes.
Hermes are hands down useless
My last order (no.4 for those counting) was "out for delivery" Saturday, by Friday they still hadn't delivered the order.
Jacamo have a blanket response of "we'll investigate, give us 48 hours"...well i've had that line 3 times from the same investigation...as of now, I am still waiting for the investigation to conclude and get a refund.
I wont order again until the dump Hermes
