Out of stock product delay
I bought something from this company recently and although I was happy with the quality, I was a bit disappointed to find out it was out of stock. That caused a delay in getting my order, which was a bit annoying. But, I'm glad they kept me updated and eventually got the product to me.
Clothes for fuller man
I absolutely love the clothes on this website! They have a fantastic range for guys like me who need bigger sizes. The quality is really good and the prices are affordable too. I also appreciate how they frequently send out great offers through email, which helps me save more money on my purchases. However, why not a full 5-star rating, you might wonder? Well, let me tell you about their courier partner, Evri. Honestly, they are just awful when it comes to customer service. I've had numerous delivery problems and whenever I try to reach out to them, it's almost impossible to speak to an actual person. This reflects badly on the website since they've gone with Evri as their main courier provider. If these delivery issues persist, I might have to consider taking my business elsewhere.
High-quality clothing and excellent service
I've been shopping at this store for a while now, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with what they offer. The clothes I've bought are great quality and always fit just right. What's even better is that they send out my orders straight away, which is handy when I need something fast for an event or day out. Also, their clothes are tough - they hold up well after lots of washes and even when I'm doing things like gardening or working in the shed. Unlimited next day delivery disappointment
I was really looking forward to shopping at your store because of all the amazing products, especially the Ralph Lauren range. However, I've been pretty disappointed with the unlimited next day delivery service. I paid a bit extra for it, thinking I'd get my orders nice and quick, but they never seem to arrive on time. I've been waiting for my latest order for a whole week now, which is just not on when I paid for next day delivery. It's really annoying and feels like a bit of a waste of money, to be honest.
Pair of boots
I recently bought a pair of boots online, but the whole ordering process was a bit of a nightmare, to be honest. Once I placed my order, I didn't get a confirmation email which worried me, so I checked my account and saw that the boots were cancelled. To top it off, they charged me more than what was showing on my account. When I contacted customer service for an explanation, they told me it was because the warehouse doesn't know what's in stock until they send out the invoice, which just sounded like a load of rubbish to me. So now I'm left without the boots I wanted and not sure when I'll get my money back.
6 Polo shirts purchase
I've just bought 6 polo shirts from this store and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The delivery was so quick, all the items arrived within 3 days of me placing the order. I decided to have them delivered to a drop off store, which made everything even more convenient for me. The sizes of the shirts were perfect, and the colours were exactly as shown on the website. I always like it when what I see online is what I actually get - it shows the company is being transparent and honest. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely think about coming back to shop here again in the future.
Tall men's clothing

I've been buying clothes from this website for a while now because they have some really great options for plus-sized people like me. But there are a few things that really annoy me about the whole experience. Firstly, the delivery service they use, Evri, is an absolute nightmare. My parcels have gone missing more than once because of them, and it's a nightmare trying to get any help because they don't even have proper customer service, just some silly bot chat thing. Missing lace on trainers
It's really disappointing how this retailer lacks attention to detail in quality checking. When my trainers arrived, I found one lace missing. I contacted customer support and all they offered was either returning the item or a 10% discount. Neither of these options helped me because what I really needed was the missing lace. I had to settle for the discount and buy laces from elsewhere to sort out the problem, which was inconvenient and cost me extra. It's worrying to think that such a simple mistake like a missing lace slipped through the quality checking process, or possibly that there isn't even a proper quality checking process in place at all.
Extensive range of products, including well-known brands and simple sizing
Jacamo has loads of stuff, not just clothes, from really good brands and at decent prices. It's dead simple to work out sizes, so finding the right one is a piece of cake. Ordering is a doddle and totally hassle-free, which makes shopping with them a breeze. Most of the time, deliveries come when they're supposed to, but even if there's a hiccup, the customer service lot get in touch to say sorry and make things right. Honestly, Jacamo has been a godsend for me, especially as someone who struggles with the usual shopping experience.
Awesome stuff
Oh my gosh, I've just bought the most amazing things from this place! The service was absolutely fantastic and the products I got were really great! They arrived super quickly too, which was brilliant. I'm so pleased with my purchase and I can't wait to buy more things from them in the future!
False promises on next day delivery
Normally, Jacamo is pretty good with their service, but this time they really messed up. I chose next day delivery, but it's been more than a week now and my order hasn't showed up. I've emailed them three times asking for a refund, but still no reply.
