fire
absolutly fantastic value. everything perfect i am so happy with the fire easy to instal excelent communication brilliant delivery team everything just great. the fire looks amazing on the wall i hid the wires and it looks like its floating. the remote makes it so easy to use, you can have the side lights on or off, two heat settings with auto timing to use like in a car set and forget. the white pebbles simply spread out over the bed and place the logs on top and your done. we have had a few friends say how the fire looks fanatastic so the wife is over the moon. i read some pretty bad feedback on this site but i took no notice thank god i did as its worked out well for us. honestly the value and build quality is very good. so modern , so nice and i am so happy thank you.

Lucky you I guess, for me worse experience in 20 +year of e shopping : fully non responsive e retailer. Delivery took over 20 days instead of 5, raclette grill was broken on arrival :no answer to 3 emails,, 45 minutes waiting on the phone gets you no one (don't bother...). So I guess it's order and pray :), or best to order somewhere else...
