Mattress
Easy to order, but I was sent the wrong mattress and even though the delivery note and the label on the mattress were totally different to the one on my order confirmation, the manager of the company tells me that that means nothing because quite often the mattress you order online, it's photo and description, can differ from what is sent but they are the same spec . It doesn't make any sense at all. The mattress I ordered should have been cotton cover m, open coil and tension rods .. I received a pocket sprung non cotton mattress with no side support. Finally he says I would have to take photos of various different angles and he would make a judgment on this. The label says it's totally different to what i ordered but he wouldn't even accept a photo of the label as proof. In addition to that the delivery came two hours late and the two delivery people were extremely rude and aggressive to me. I was glad to get them out of the house as u felt intimated... called the doctor had high blood pressure have ended up at the doctors surgery as a result of this. I think at the age of 70 trying to find a decent mattress should be a whole lot easier. I would never recommend or use this company again ...I'm just going to put it down to a bad experience and have lost £200. I'll go and buy another one and see if i can give this one to charity for anyone that wants a soft mattress. . Terminal cancer patient and I don't have the time to fight this.
