if everything goes fine with this company, people leave a 5* review. I have had reasonable experiences (not 100% positive) of them in the past.
But the true test of a company is when things go wrong, as they sometimes do. This company has poor customer service, poorly trained customer service staff who don't have any capacity for problem solving or what actually might make the customer happy. I did not want their discounts, or any money from them whatsoever, but they were completely incapable of understanding that I was interested in what had caused the problem in the first place - this was of zero interest to them and so I can only say this is a company that does not want to improve.
