I have purchased twice from Onbuy.com and have experienced issues with both items. I have no support or protection from onbuy if you need to return an item and the seller doesn't provide a return address. I wanted to return a rain mac as it was not as described on the ad however, the seller stated they will provide a return address but did not. They kept my money. I now have an item that is too short and £27.99 lost. Onbuy do not show the country of origin of the seller so there is no informed choice. This would not happen with a UK purchased item from other sites. Totally unethical and against sale of goods and services Act.
