Parking experience
My most recent experience with the airport parking service was really disappointing. Everything, from dropping off our car to getting back to it, was just full of delays, wrong information, and worst of all, theft. When we got there, we had to wait way too long for the shuttle bus to the airport which almost made us miss our flight. The journey back was even worse - we were left standing in the rain with our young children for far too long, even though we had let them know we were there. Finally, when we got back to the car park, we found out that our car had been messed with and things were missing. Stealing stuff from a customer is just outrageous and completely unacceptable. When I tried talking to the staff about it, they didn't seem to care and were actually disrespectful, even laughing at my concerns. The way this parking service treated us was just terrible and unprofessional.

Nutritional supplements
I recently bought some nutritional supplements from this company and I must say, the products are really good quality and have helped me feel better. However, I was a bit let down by the delivery process. Unlike most other delivery companies, UPS didn't give a specific time for when my parcel would arrive. Unfortunately, when they tried to deliver it, there wasn't anyone at home to accept it, even though someone was in for most of the day. So, the parcel got taken to a nearby pick-up point, which was a bit of a pain as I had to go out of my way to collect it. If I had paid for delivery, I would have been really unhappy with this poor service. I think UPS should have a system where they text customers with a delivery window, so people can make sure someone is around to receive their parcel.
