I was really impressed with the communication I got via email from the start to finish, from when I bought it to when I got my package. Even though I missed the last email and wasn't at home for the first delivery attempt, the courier tried again later that evening with a smile. I was grateful for their effort to make sure I got my order on time. It was a pleasant surprise, given all the bad publicity and problems the company has had recently with strikes and staff shortages.
