Gift for wife
I bought a present for my wife from an online shop and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. From the time I ordered it to when it arrived, everything was excellent. Caroline, the customer service rep, was super helpful and quick to answer all my questions. She made the whole thing easy and hassle-free. The gift came on time and in great condition, which made my wife really happy. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience.

Lemon Tree delivery experience
I bought a Lemon Tree from an online plant shop, and the delivery was a bit of a letdown. The box looked like it had been tossed around during shipping, all squashed and covered in 'resealed with care' stickers. When I opened it up, I saw that a branch and two lemons had gotten broken off because of the rough treatment. It was really sad because I had bought the Lemon Tree as a special 90th birthday gift for someone dear to me.
