I would like to mention one of you staff Members with praise, A (Manager) at Brent Cross his name is (Dwaine)
who was so professional and helpfull with me today from picking up the phone with my enquiries in the morning and putting shoes aside before i got to your shop as explained to him i lived in heartfordshire, and was worried they may go before i arrived as they was the last pair in the shop,. When i arrived i waiting outside the shop he had outstanding health and safety measures inplace. As he was maining the store at the front of the doors. I felt safe and shopped with only a few customers at a time. I would highly recommend this shop and appreciate his help today. Many thanks Dwaine. Mrs Bowe.
