This company must have the worst customer services in the country, including Ryanair. I bought a microwave & needed to return it. It is almost impossible to contact them, & when finally you do get a response they lose interest after some questions & answers & the whole process has to start from scratch again. It is now 3 weeks since since it should have been picked up & still nothing arranged.
