The shower itself is well made and supplied complete with fittings, it is suitable for use with a power shower or equivalent I can't comment on how or if it would work with an electric shower as it may not have enough pressure to deliver a big enough flow. The only fittings that are concerning are the two posts that hold the rising rail to the wall and also pressure hold the rail itself, which can be easily damaged even with care, but otherwise its a great product and On buy.com is a great seller
