Wireless earbuds
I recently bought some wireless earbuds but when they arrived, there was no battery or charger included. The website I purchased from was very confusing and for a moment there, I was convinced I had been scammed. To make matters worse, when I finally got through to the customer service line after a lengthy wait, they cut me off mid-conversation! 😠

Olivia Rodrigo Tickets
I went and bought 4 tickets for Olivia Rodrigo the day before the concert. I was a bit nervous because they said I needed to print the tickets, but turns out the venue only accepted mobile tickets. I gave the box office a ring and they sorted it all out for me, so I went ahead and made the booking. I received the email with the tickets straightaway, printed them off, and everything went smoothly at the venue. My family and I had an awesome time at the concert!
