Brand new phone trade-in
I recently swapped my new phone at the Big Phone Store, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. I traded in a phone that I had just got on my insurance, only for them to halve their trade-in value because it didn't come in a normal box. It seems like they'll do anything to rip off their customers. On top of that, they had the cheek to charge me £20 just to get my own phone back. Absolutely shocking behaviour, and to make it worse, the advisor I spoke to, Amiira, was rude and didn't care at all. It's obvious that this place is shady, I'd recommend others to steer clear.

Our terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the order page and acknowledged when confirming a sale, outline that for a device to be categorized as “brand new,” it must be in its original box with the manufacturer’s seal intact. Devices sent under an incorrect condition are subject to a return fee, as noted in the same terms and conditions.
