2 iPhone 13
I recently bought 2 iPhone 13 devices from the store and I have to say, the service was exceptional. The staff were quick to answer my questions and always there to help. The overall customer experience was better than other similar suppliers I've used before. The devices were in great condition, exactly as described, and worked perfectly. There were some minor signs of use, but nothing that affected the performance. I like that the company describes their products accurately, it helps build trust with their customers. One thing to mention is that the price of the devices went down by £30 between my first and second purchase in just 4 days. Also, I got a free case with the second device, which was a nice surprise. All in all, I think this store is reliable and trustworthy, especially since it's a family-owned business.
Refurbished phone purchase
So, last year, I decided to buy a refurbished phone from this store. Unfortunately, just a month before my warranty was up, I had a problem with the phone. But, I was really pleased with how the staff dealt with my issue - they were quick and professional. They even gave me some tips to try and fix the problem myself. In the end, I had to send the phone back for repairs, but I was impressed when it was returned to me in just three days looking good as new. And, to top it off, there were some freebies in the box! Overall, I had a great experience and I'm really happy with the service. I'll definitely think about coming back to this store for my next purchase.

I popped into that shop again to buy a new device, and I can honestly say I'm really happy with it. This isn't the first time I've bought something from them, and just like before, the device was exactly as they described and in really good condition. The delivery was quick, and everything went smoothly. My old phone lasted almost two years before it started showing signs of wear and tear, which is pretty impressive considering how much I use my phone. Even though I don't always take the best care of my phone, this new device seems to be holding up just fine.

Brand new phone trade-in
I recently swapped my new phone at the Big Phone Store, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. I traded in a phone that I had just got on my insurance, only for them to halve their trade-in value because it didn't come in a normal box. It seems like they'll do anything to rip off their customers. On top of that, they had the cheek to charge me £20 just to get my own phone back. Absolutely shocking behaviour, and to make it worse, the advisor I spoke to, Amiira, was rude and didn't care at all. It's obvious that this place is shady, I'd recommend others to steer clear.

New phones rejected
I recently tried to sell two new phones at the Big Phone Store, but they turned me down, which was really frustrating. Even though I bought the phones properly, their policy said they wouldn't take them. I had to go through a lot of trouble to prove I bought them, show ID, and meet other requirements. After waiting in annoyance for a long time, I finally got paid without any explanation. It left me feeling unhappy and disrespected. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience with this store, and it's obvious that their rules are unclear and inconsistent. I'll be going elsewhere to places like Music Magpie or Mazuma, who are honest and upfront in their business dealings.
iPhone12 Pro Max purchase

Pristine iPhone trade in
I traded in my iPhone to be resold with the big phone warehouse as it was £10 over other prices. It was immaculate having spent all of its time in a sturdy phone case and with a screen protector. It is easily worth the definition of very good with no marks or scratches to the bevel, screen or camera. Once The big phone warehouse had my device they revised their offer. By this point they know that they have your device so you are likely to give in. Other phone trade in companies offered more than their revised price
