Review about: Global Airport Parking Services
Unclear information, unhelpful customer service, distant carpark
My experience with the parking service company was quite disappointing. Firstly, the website didn't clearly state how far the carpark was from the airport, which confused me since I actually live pretty close to the airport myself. This lack of information caused me inconvenience and unnecessary stress as a customer.
Secondly, when I reached out to the company for help, they instructed me to email them for a refund because of the situation with my upcoming travel. However, even though I followed their advice, I was later told that they couldn't process a refund because I had asked within 72 hours of my departure. This inconsistent and unhelpful customer service really left me with a bad impression, and I now regret dealing with this company.
