I have ordered 5 times, since I absolutely love their shoes which I believe are THE MOST comfortable (and modern at the same time) shoes I have ever worn.
The service as a whole was absolutely perfect!!!
Immediate confirmation when placing the order, quick delivery (I live abroad) without an extra surcharge. And above all...when I ordered (for the first time) a size which finally was not the right one for me...I contacted them in order to send back the pair of shoes and getting them replaced with the right size, the answer was ..."We will send you another pair ,but no need to send back the first pair...keep them and give them as a present to someone else" !!!!!
