Long-term customer with broadband and mobile contracts
I've been a loyal customer of the company for many years, having both broadband and mobile contracts with them. Unfortunately, I've been facing a frustrating issue with my daughter's phone since last year. Despite making several calls to customer service, the problem still hasn't been fixed. They keep promising to send a bag for me to return the phone for repair, but they never follow through. This lack of action is not acceptable, especially considering how long I've been with them. I'm thinking about taking this matter to the ombudsman because of the poor service I've been dealing with.
