Delayed mattress topper delivery
I've been waiting for my mattress topper for nearly a month now, it's become quite frustrating. The customer service team have been nice, but haven't really helped sort out the delivery delay. I noticed an issue with my order when I saw the tracking details, but it wasn't fixed. I've been exchanging emails with a customer service guy called Matthew, but he keeps saying he's hurrying the delivery along without giving me a proper timeframe. It's disappointing how they took my money and haven't kept me updated or resolved the problem.

I have to say, it's been the worst experience ever. I've been waiting for what feels like forever for the results, and every time I ask, they just keep saying they'll deliver them soon. It's really unprofessional and I'm so disappointed. I'll definitely never use them again.
