13 month Puzzler gift subscription @ 43.35 GBP inclusive of delivery to USA
On April 13, 2020, I ordered the captioned item on line with the subscription to begin with the June 2020 issue. My credit car was charged the next day. As of November only the July and August issues had been received. After several cordial email exchanges - extending the subscription expiration date, profuse apologies, etc.- on December 2nd, Thompson agreed to refund less than half of the subscription price to my credit card within 7 working days. Sadly, their efficiency at charging a credit card is not matched by an ability to refund to a credit card. Still no refund. I admit to not knowing what Thompson considers a "working day." My advice: DEAL WITH THIS CROWD AT YOUR PERIL.
