    Broadband service purchase

    I've had a really frustrating and disappointing experience with my broadband provider. It's been over 10 days since the problem started, and despite lots of promises, I'm still without internet. I need it to work from home, so this outage has been really stressful and inconvenient. The lack of communication and updates on my complaint is totally unacceptable. I feel let down and ignored by the company, and I'm starting to lose faith in their ability to give me a good service.
