    Be wary if having to return good. Realized in less than 24 hours that I had made a mistake and emailed Autodoc a cancellation notice. Received reply saying couldn't cancel as goods already shipped. TNT tracking data showed the goods had not been collected. Sent this to Autodoc. Got same answer already been shipped. In fact it was another 72 Hours before good were shipped. They had plenty of time to cancel the order. Goods arrived couple days later and in accordance with Autodocs instructions. I refused delivery. After about 5 days I contacted Autodoc to ask when I could expect my refund. They said when they get the goods back then it would take about 5 days to process the refund. I was surprised that they had not received the goods so using the tracking number supplied by TNT I discovered the goods were still in TNT's local depot, 5 days after being refused by me. I asked Autodoc to intervene with TNT to get the goods moving, as they are TNT's customer. This they refused to do. Using the tracking number given I was able to Find out from TNT when they were sending the goods back to Autodoc. They replied being sent within the next few days. They actually were sent the day I made my enquiry and according to the tracking data were delivered to Autodoc 2 days later. When I contacted Autodoc regarding refund they stated that they had not received the goods, clearly not true as I had proof of delivery from TNT. Then despite my many emails it took another 10 days to get my refund. They even at one stage blamed banks for the delay, again not true as the money was in my account the day after Autodoc advised me the refund had been sent. In short there after sales service is abysmal. I got the run around, lied to misinformed and generally treated as if was a nuisance. I suppose when you buy cheap you get a cheap service. Will never buy from these people again.

    By the way I am In France, so they can't any make any excuses about delays due to Brexit.
