Review about: Colorland
160 page A4 photo book
I have used Colorland many times for photo books and have never been disappointed. This time I bought two copies of a book (one for friends) with a Wowcher deal. They were delivered within ten days! One of the books had a slight flaw on three pages.... I wrote an email to Customer service, attaching photos to show the flaws (not THAT easy to spot as they were of the lava exploding at the volcanic eruption in Iceland!). I received a response early next morning, asking me to send the bar code of the book. I sent a photo and next day received a reply that the book was being reprinted and resent "free of charge of course".
This means a lot.... With such a process, 180 colour pages of high quality printing, there are bound to be occasional errors (this is the first I've had and I've ordered over 30 of their books over the years). The books are easy and enjoyable to design and friends are always really impressed. So much better than having the photos on a computer or phone. I recommend them absolutely without reservation.
