Transparent item, returned, no free postage, return costs deducted from refund, poor experience, wouldn't buy again.
So, yeah, I bought this top that turned out to be see-through, and honestly, I was like, there's no chance I'm keeping this! I spent £90 on my order, but they didn't even offer free postage, which was a bit annoying, you know? And when I returned the see-through top, they deducted the postage costs from my refund too! That's not fair, I've never experienced that before. I'm definitely not planning on shopping there again after that, it just doesn't seem right.
