Grass Tufts
Ordered 2 packs of grass tufts from Serious-play-scenics 26th Jan but never received them so contacted them by e-mail and directly on the website through chat app without a reply! I ended up sending them eight e-mails and did not receive any response!
Ended up contacting PayPal and getting a refund.
Very disappointed with Serious- Play as I have used their service before without a problem!
