    2 outside lights + 3 inside wall lights

    Order two outside lamps. The delivery was late, and I wasn't there when they finally attempted it. I was told to use the DPD app to re-schedule, but it wasn't working and the lights were sent back to them. Since then, I have been unable to get my money back. I phoned the so-called "customer service" several time, and all they say, quite aggressively, is that they have sent a mail to their accounting service and that I need to wait (the company is based in Germany, which may explain why UK customers are not their priority).
    To add insult to injury, I tried to re-order, although the product is indicated as "in stock" in my basket, when I click on it, I get a missing link message. There again, the "customer service" has been very unhelpful, and unable to tell me if they actually have the product, so I am going to look elsewhere, while they are sitting on my money and my renovation project is thrown off-rail...
