Roseate for field horsetail
I asked Roseate to help me get rid of the annoying field horsetail in my garden. They mentioned there's no guarantee, but after just one spray, I can already see some changes! I sprayed it again after 10 days and I'm planning to continue treating it for 4 weeks to ensure it's completely gone. I even crushed the horsetail beforehand to help the product work more effectively. Things are looking promising so far!

Broken shelf upon arrival
I bought a shelf from this company not long ago, but when it came, it was broken. I got in touch with Customer Services just before Christmas and they said they would send a replacement. However, it's now the 10th of January and I still haven't heard anything about a new shelf. I'm really disappointed with the way they have handled this situation.
