    This was my first time ordering from this company, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The four 2-cup teapots that I ordered were quickly sent out and arrived earlier than expected.     I mistakenly ended up paying more than expected for next day delivery when I made an online purchase recently. I was under the impression that it was free, but I got charged £9.99 for it. I used Apple Pay for the transaction and I suspect that they added the extra charge without me noticing. It's frustrating, to be honest. A friend of mine suggested that I should try checking out again, and that's when I discovered that Apple Pay automatically selects next day delivery. It's quite ridiculous how companies sometimes try to take advantage of customers instead of addressing the issue. So, my advice to anyone shopping there would be to avoid using Apple Pay!

    Incorrect Delivery Address

    I realised I gave the wrong delivery address for my order after getting the dispatch notice. I contacted customer service straight away and was helped by a great lady called Patrycja. She was so helpful and noted down the new address, telling me she'd try to change it. We had a few emails back and forth, but then she actually called me to say the address had been changed successfully. I was really impressed by how professional she was and how she handled everything so well. It was nice to see such efficient and excellent customer service in action.

    My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. They used a courier service that rearranged/cancelled my delivery not once, but twice. When the cabinet was eventually delivered, I didn't get the 30-minute heads up as promised, and it was just left on my neighbour's doorstep, which was a real pain and could have caused damage. When I got in touch with Customer Service about the problem, they weren't very helpful and just told me to sort out another delivery with the unhelpful courier company. And to make matters worse, the item turned up damaged, which just added to my frustration with the whole situation.
