Bathroom upgrade purchase
I recently bought some stuff to spruce up my bathroom from this company and I was really impressed with the choice and the prices. There was a lady working there called Casey Ramsay who was so helpful and knew her stuff about the products. She pointed me in the right direction for the best options that suited what I needed, making sure they were good quality and value for money. Her upbeat and enthusiastic attitude made shopping a breeze and enjoyable. I can honestly say she's one of the best salespeople I've come across. I reckon her amazing customer service skills will take her far in her career. All in all, I'm really happy with my experience at this place.

Delayed delivery
I bought something from this company not long ago, but I still haven't got it after two weeks. I'm really not happy with this poor service. I've tried to contact the company a few times to ask about my order, but they've pretty much blanked me every time. It's really disappointing that they're not communicating properly or taking responsibility. It doesn't look good on them at all. As a customer, I think it's fair to expect regular updates and honesty about when my purchase will arrive. It's annoying to be left in the dark with no solution in sight.
