Under Treatment
I have some problem of Harpes , though normally called common and very usual but reasons may vary. Medical experts also saying this can be minimize bit can't be cured.
Anyhow, I am under treatment and guidance of this TGC , just two weeks get over ,there is improvements but still waiting to remove it permanently as they shared their views.Review about: Modanisa
Refund
I ordered 3 items but unfortunately I had to return them because they didn't fit.
After calling customer services to find out how to return the items, I followed their instructions and sent the 3 items in the same bag back to Modanisa.
Trouble started! I got a refund for two items but I didn't get a refund for the third item. I had to call customers services to find out what happened. I was told that the 3rd item had not been sent back. They said they would investigate and got an email closing the ticket down as the issue was resolved.
I have lost 20 pounds but worse of all Modanisa has lost a loyal customer.
I will never order again from them and my advice is not to return anything back to Modanisa because you will never get all your money back. Give the clothes to charity or your friends or sell them in Gumtree!
Such a shame that a company makes money like that.
