Travel insurance upgrade
I just needed to upgrade my travel insurance at the last minute, and I must say I was really impressed with the service I received. I gave them a call to add a new country to my policy, and Zyreena was absolutely fantastic. She really went the extra mile to get it sorted out quickly and efficiently. Even with having to speak to managers and underwriters because of a recent claim, she managed to speed things up so that I could have my new insurance ready for my trip in just 10 minutes. Her understanding and dedication to helping me out was greatly appreciated. I've been a customer for many years and have always had good experiences with this company.
