Mobile phone contract transfer
My experience transferring my mobile phone contract from Octopus to a new service provider was an absolute nightmare. I had a rough time with Octopus before, so I made the decision to cancel when my contract ended and switch to the new provider. The whole process took a whopping 2 hours on the phone, which was really frustrating. And to make matters worse, I received an incorrect bill after the transfer. After spending another hour on the phone with customer service, I was assured that the mistake would be fixed, but they couldn't give me any confirmation in writing. All in all, what a mess.
